What the Service Includes:
Information Required:

Terms and Conditions:
- KVS installation does not include server setup. Before installation, your server must meet the KVS server requirements.
- Installation may take up to 3 business days after we receive all required access details and payment. Most installations are completed within 1 business day.
- For security, you must change all passwords shared with our team after the work is completed.
Server Setup
Our team will configure a clean server as the primary server for your KVS project or as a dedicated storage or conversion server.
What the Service Includes:

Installing PHP with all required modules.

Installing and configuring MySQL.

Installing FFmpeg with all required components.

Installing ImageMagick.

Installing and configuring Apache and Nginx.

Installing and configuring Memcached.

Creating FTP access for the project.

Terms and Conditions:
- We can only configure a clean Unix server without a pre-installed server control panel. We recommend Ubuntu 24.04 or Debian 12 or newer.
- Server setup may take up to 5 business days after we receive all required access details and payment.
- For security, you must change all passwords shared with our team after the work is completed.
- After receiving the completed server, you must reboot it and verify that it operates normally within the next 3 business days.
- The service is considered completed after all access details have been provided, the KVS Audit plugin reports no errors and no setup-related issues are reported within 3 business days.
- Server setup is a one-time configuration service. Future issues involving server libraries, the control panel or other third-party server software are not included.
- If you need several primary, storage or conversion servers configured and connected to KVS, the server setup service must be ordered separately for each server.
Unencoded PHP Source Code
Get 100% unencoded PHP source code, customize the server-side logic of KVS and run the product without ionCube.

- The unencoded PHP source code may only be used on the 1 (one) specified licensed domain.
- The JavaScript source code of the KVS player is not included.
- PHP source code is normally not required for theme or design customization. All templates and theme files are provided in editable form.
Branding-Free Player
Remove KVS branding from the player context menu on one licensed domain.

Project Migration
Move your existing content, users and other supported data to KVS, including 301 redirects for agreed URL patterns.

Terms and Conditions:
- KVS stores migrated content files within its own storage system, so sufficient free storage must be available. In many cases, you should plan for up to 110% of the current content size. Migration can also be combined with moving content to new storage servers.
- Migration time depends on the amount of content, its total size and the transfer speed of the original server. Large migrations can be performed in stages, with additional synchronization passes for content added or changed during the process.
- Website design migration is not included. The new project will initially use the selected KVS theme, which can be customized separately while the data migration is in progress.
KVS Version Update
Our team will update your project to the latest available KVS version and verify that it is working correctly after the update.

Preserving theme and design customizations that do not modify KVS core files.
Terms and Conditions:
- The project must use KVS 3.x or newer. KVS 1.x and 2.x are no longer supported.
- The license must have active access to KVS updates.
- If KVS core files contain custom changes, the service price may be adjusted because these changes must be reviewed and merged with the new version. You can use the KVS Audit plugin to check for modified core files before ordering.
- The update may take up to 3 business days after we receive all required access details and payment. Most updates are completed within 1 business day.
- For security, you must change all passwords shared with our team after the work is completed.
KVS Package Upgrade
Upgrade your current KVS package to a higher-tier package and unlock additional product capabilities.
What the Service Includes:

Upgrading the KVS package to the selected higher-tier package.

Updating KVS to the latest version available for the upgraded package.

Verifying that KVS is working correctly after the upgrade.

Preserving theme and design customizations that do not modify KVS core files.

License Domain Change
Change the licensed domain of your KVS project while keeping the same license and package.
What the Service Includes:
Domain Change Options:

You can change the domain of a working project after reconfiguring the server for the new domain. The project may be temporarily unavailable until the full domain change procedure is completed.

If enough storage is available, you can duplicate the project files and database under the new domain and test them before switching the license. This avoids affecting the original website during preparation.

If the old domain must remain active and your license includes unencoded PHP source code, consider using domain aliases instead. This allows both domains to use the same KVS installation.
Terms and Conditions:
- If the project was duplicated to the new domain, the old KVS installation must be deleted after the domain change is completed.
- The old domain may remain active temporarily when required for redirects and search engine migration.
- With the domain alias service, the old and new domains can remain active for as long as needed.
One Year of KVS Updates
Renew access to new KVS versions and updates for one year. Your currently installed KVS version will continue to work if update access expires.

- The end date of your update access period is displayed in the customer area. Your installed KVS versions will continue to work after update access expires.
License Ownership Transfer
Transfer ownership of a KVS license to another customer account.
Terms and Conditions:
- The ownership transfer cannot be reversed.
- The service must be ordered from the current owner's account, not the new owner's account.
Domain Aliases
Use additional domain names for the same KVS installation. Unencoded PHP source code is required.
What the Service Includes:

- Domain aliases are only available for licenses with unencoded PHP source code.
- Domain aliases can be used instead of a license domain change when the old domain must remain active.
- When ordering several aliases, you can activate them gradually and do not need to provide all domain names at once.
Satellite Website License
Launch another website with its own design, structure, URLs and SEO while reusing the database and content of an existing KVS project.
What Is a KVS Satellite Website?

It reuses the database and content files of another KVS project, including videos, screenshots and photos, without duplicating them.

It has an independent administration panel for website configuration and design, while content management remains in the main KVS project.

It has independent website traffic statistics.

It can use its own sections, design, structure and URL formats.

It can use independent titles and descriptions for content and categorization.

It can display only a selected part of the main catalog, such as content from specific categories, tags or models.

It can maintain an independent set of comments.

Content ratings, view statistics and screenshot scenes remain shared with the main project, although different screenshot sizes can be used.

- If the satellite is installed on a separate server, the main project's database and file system must be remotely accessible. Using the same data center and an internal network connection is recommended.
- If the main license includes unencoded PHP source code, its satellite licenses will include it automatically.
VAST Advertising Subscription
Use a VAST-compatible advertising provider of your choice in the KVS player on one domain during the subscription period.

- To use VAST advertising on several KVS licenses, you must purchase a separate VAST subscription for each license.
- VAST subscriptions do not renew automatically. After the subscription expires, you must purchase a new period to receive a new code. The KVS administration panel will notify you 3 days before the current code expires.
